Intune Company Portal Privacy Policy

Scope: Applies to all devices enrolled in the Microsoft Intune Company Portal for SurvTech Solutions, Inc..
1. Data Controller
SurvTech Solutions, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the personal data processed through the Intune Company Portal.
2. What Information We Collect
When you enroll and use the Company Portal, we collect:
Device Inventory Data: Manufacturer, model, OS version, firmware level.
Compliance & Configuration Data: BitLocker status, PIN/encryption settings, firewall status, Patch level, certificate profiles.
Installed Applications: List of apps deployed by Intune (corporate LOB and Store apps). Please note: this does not include any personal apps
Network Information: SSID of connected Wi-Fi networks (for troubleshooting).
Optional Location Data: Only if explicitly required by an enrollment profile and with your consent.
We do not collect personal files, photos, emails, text messages, web browsing history, or personal contacts.
3. Why We Collect It
Security & Compliance: To ensure devices meet corporate security policies (e.g. encryption, PIN).
Support & Troubleshooting: To diagnose and resolve issues with enrollment, app deployment, and connectivity.
Software Delivery: To deploy, update, and remove corporate applications.
4. How We Use & Share It
We process personal data solely to manage and secure corporate resources.
We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
Service providers under contract (e.g. Microsoft as our Intune service provider) may process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality.
5. Data Retention
Device data is retained for the duration of enrollment plus 90 days after device retirement, unless otherwise required by law.
Logs and audit records may be retained up to one year for compliance and forensic purposes.
6. Data Security
All data in transit between your device and Intune is encrypted (TLS 1.2+).
Data at rest is encrypted in Microsoft’s cloud under the Online Services Terms.
Access is restricted to authorized IT personnel via role-based access controls.
7. Your Rights
Under applicable privacy laws you may:
Access the personal data we hold about your device.
Request correction of inaccuracies.
Request deletion of device data upon retirement or offboarding.
Object to processing where legally permitted.
