Licensed Surveyor : Licensed Professional Land Surveyors (P.L.S.-P.S.M.) and entry level Surveyor's (S.I.T.) our land surveying division seeks energetic and career focused individuals. Positions have tremendous growth potential. Responsibilities include overseeing and directing field survey parties and projects. Reviewing and certifying written legal descriptions of surveyed land and assure that completed work meets Florida's Minimum Technical Standards. Candidate Requirements are as follows : Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S. or P.S.M.) in the State of Florida ; Successful history of managing field survey parties ; Knowledge of AutoCAD (computer drafting), Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other related surveying software is a must ; Extensive technical knowledge (GPS, Topographic Data Collection, and CAD mapping) ; Familiarity with Robotic Total Stations ; Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Survey Technician : Responsible for operation of total stations, data collectors, and other necessary field equipment ; performs survey measurements and other field activities ; downloads field collected data ; prints and coordinates files, raw data files and plot field drawings ; maintains inventory an surveying equipment. Candidates should possess a Bachelor or Associate Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering ; basic knowledge of AutoCAD and TDS software would be helpful, but not required

CAD Technician : Coordinate the drafting of projects to ensure that projects are completed within technical, project, budgetary, and time line constraints. Reviews projects for compliance with company policies and standards. Ensure a smooth interface with other disciplines within the firm and project team. Candidates preferably have Associates Degree or higher in Surveying/Engineering with three or more years experience. Should also preferably have effective drafting presentation skills and know how to operate the AutoCAD software.

Party Chief : Coordinate and direct survey crew to ensure that the field survey is completed to the standard of practice for land surveying, and within budgetary and time constraints. Candidate preferably has a Bachelor of Science in Surveying (or equivalent degree), but field experience is also acceptable. Should have three years experience in land surveying. Must be able to operate survey field equipment, have a valid driver's license, be drug free, and be able to perform physical labor (i.e., strenuous walking, and lifting, hauling equipment).

Instrument Operator : Responds to the direction of the Party Chief. Is responsible for assisting the Chief in all aspects of the daily routine of surveying. We prefer candidates possess an Associates of Science in Surveying (or equivalent degree), however, no degree or experience is required. Candidate should have one year's experience in land surveying. Must be able to operate survey field equipment, have a valid driver's license, be drug free, and be able to perform physical labor (i.e. strenuous walking, and lifting CB gates/MH covers, hauling equipment).
